Trinoma Blogger Food Tour: The Madison Grill

madison_header.jpg

Our first stop is The Madison Grill, located at the 3rd level. This place specializes in steaks, seafood, and signature pizza (can you believe it?!). It opened its first store at TriNoma mall last November 21, as introduced by the Strategic Brands Network (SBN), the group that introduced brands like Oliver’s Super Sandwiches (can be found also in TriNoma), Haagen-Daz Ice Cream, Max Brenner Chocolate Bar (can be found also in TriNoma), Tea & Therapy, and Scoozi Cantina Italiana.

There’s a bit of awkwardness, though, because it was the first restaurant we went to in the food tour and it seemed that the restaurant also haven’t that much idea about what the food tour is supposed to be. However, the chef was very accommodating and polite and was able to tell us about the concept of the establishment. He also showed us where they make the customized pizzas.

Endless assortment of toppings and cheese!

Robby wants to make his own pizza…but the apron won’t let him hehe

The Madison also got a mean-looking pizza oven (sorry, I wasn’t able to take a picture of that because all other bloggers have crowded in front of my view hehe).

For the create your own signature pizza, you could have a ten-inch pizza with 2 toppings, vegetables, 50-100 g mozzarella for only P530. Affordable, isn’t? The Madison is proud to say that they’ve got a wide price range for their products so as to accommodate the needs of their clientele.

It was a fun time at Madison’s, thanks to Chef… (oh sorry, I forgot his name! I even talked to him! Bad me!). But he’s nice, anyways…
