Trinoma Blogger Food Tour: Prologue

avp.jpg

January 9 saw 150 bloggers turn food monsters for a day at TriNoma Mall (though, for myself, I’m a food monster more often than that haha). And camwhores, too, as almost everybody had brought their cameras with them, taking snapshots of everything from food to objects to bloggers in action (read: digging in the gastronomic delicacies brought about by the 30+ TriNoma restaurants that participated in the food tour, of course, brought to us by TriNoma, Ayala Malls, and Yehey).

I went to TriNoma mall as soon as I was able to leave my clinic. It was still early that I’ve to kill time walking around, which I didn’t really mind because I’ve to canvass for laptops. And allegedly, I wasn’t the only one early at that time because Karlo of Pinoyblogero was also already in the mall, killing time by staying at b_connected, an internet shop in TriNoma. I’ve also browsed books at Powerbooks and was only able to hold back myself from splurging on books again by telling myself I can’t carry all of it while walking around the mall during the tour.

At 3 p.m., I went to the Cinema lobby where they’ve set up an enclosure for the participants and where we could get some snacks of pancit, lumpia, and others that I can’t remember anymore. This was only a taste of the best that is to come.

I’ll try to dedicate a post for each of the restaurants I’ve visited (or those that I still remember that I’ve visited) so, this just might turn into a series of post about the food tour.

For now, though, I’d like to conduct a sort of survey as to which participating restaurant you think was the best during the tour. Also, who’s the restaurant with the best-tasting food, with the best presentation, or the best customer service? Just cast your votes in the comment section of this post!

I’ve to say this poll is in no way endorsed by TriNoma and the other sponsors. I’ve just thought of doing so on my own because I’m curious. Haha. :-)

  8. The cheesecake was served at Holy Cow but a food blogger said that it’s actually from Jack’s Loft. Right after i tasted it, i forgot the other food i ate during the tour. hahaha. Sayang yung Cyma, i think they are preparing for us kaya lang we’re in a hurry na.
