Neil Gaiman’s Favorite Bit of His Trip to the Philippines…

…can be found here.  And it’s not calamansi juice.

If you’re wondering how I (and the rest of the Neil Gaiman fans) knew about that, he actually posted about it in his journal.

I don’t think I should be the one telling you that story, since even the man, Neil Gaiman, himself, didn’t write the details in his journal, but rather just linked to The Post. Let the person have his own sunshiney time in the spotlight, I’d say. He deserved it. But Neil did talk about the thing during the launch of Expeditions in Bonifacio High Street Courtyard last Sunday.

He’s one wicked guy, that Gaiman is. Wickedly nice. And cool.

Oh goodness, I wish he’d just come back! And soon!

  2. to dementia:

Oh goodness! He really is! Knowing about that thing he did for those two really made me happy for both of them. And amazed too. Neil Gaiman didn’t need to help but still he did. What a nice guy. Winner.

  3. LOL that’s my boss’ brother. Awesomest story I’ve heard this year.

Baddie’s last blog post..This Is Why I Love Bollywood

Really? That guy is amazing, too, for having thought of asking Neil Gaiman if he could help him propose to his girlfriend (now fiancee). Not all guys would think of something special like that. I think the guy’s multiply site is having so much traffic now because of the Neil Gaiman fans posting his link. Hehe.

  5. I used to read Gaiman’s Sandman comics when I was a teen, and recently rediscovered him when I found one of his books laying in a parking lot. He is a great artist and writer.

  6. He really is such a sweetheart!! :) My jaws did drop too after Maui mentioned it and said how it rocked so much, in a heartbeat! ;) Heh.
