Prudence and Madness

Author’s note:  My high school friends and I recently started a group SMS conference.  One composes a message addressed to everybody and then sends it to the group list.  It helps that all of us are Globe subscribers and we’re all subscribed to Unlitxt20.  Haha.  I just want to share these messages because, personally, I find it funny.  But, of course, I wrote these!  Haha!

JC:  Ramblings of an insomniac - later, may heroes 2 na.  I heard deyr doing away wid peter petrelli’s emo bangs.  Ano kya hair color ni Claire?  Hot pa dn b c Nicky?  Bblik ba si Sylar?  Ire-resurrect b c nathan?  Or yung girl na may super memory?  Sna pati si Isaac na din.  Hmmm…naalala ko lng n nkalimutan ko n pla yung link n gnagamit ko pagdnload ng heroes.  Kay JJ ko nlaman yun.  Itetext ko b sya pra tanungn ulit yung link or i-google ko n lng?  ‘Wag n lang kya?  Maalala ko lng, isa sa rason kung bkt nbaliw yang c JJ sakn ay dahl sa heroes.  Or is it d odr way around?  Nbaliw ang heroes kay JJ? Or nbaliw ako kay jj dahl sa heroes?  Nope, im sure its nt d latter dahl alam ko nbliw ako kay JJ dahl sa pagkanta nya ng stevie wonder songs.  Dhl dun ay nahumaling n ko sa kanya.  Bwisit.  By d way, mganda ang version ni elliot yamin ng kanta ni stevie wonder na knocks me off my feet na knanta nya sa trinoma nung friday.  Indi man lang ako nkapagpa-autograph ng cd.  Pro ala pa nga pla akong cd na nabibili kya ala dn ako papa-sign sa kanya haha.  Sb ni obiwan mukha daw clown c elliot dahl sa new ‘do nya.  Pro indi b naalala ni obi n prang ganun din ang hair nya nung hs?  Hehe pro ciempre ngayn indi na.  Nka-brush up pa nga nung sat nyt eh hehe bad cla nung sat, it’s deyr fault kung bkt na-suspend ang aking detox mode.  Pro di bale, nhawakan ko nman ang boobs ni yoda.  May iba sna ako gus2 hwakan kya lang bka mgalit (at indi c yoda yun) haha ciempre 2log c d force, naubusan ng force.

JC:  Nbitn b yung txt?  Ac2ly mtagumpay ang aking xperiment.  Mali ang aking unang hypothesis na kasya ang 99 sms sa isang txt msg using my fone.  hanggang ten lng kasya.  So, for now, sayn op na po muna ako (sighs of relief b narinig ko?!).  Dream-hunting muna.  Charan!

JC:  Ramblings of an insomniac - later, heroes 2 will be on.  I heard they’re doing away with Peter Petrelli’s emo bangs.  What will be Claire’s hair color?  Will Nicky still be hot? Is Sylar coming back?  Nathan will be resurrected?  How about the girl with the super memory?  I hope they resurrect Isaac too.  Hmmm… I remember that I’ve forgotten the link that I used to download heroes.  I learned it from JJ.  Will I text him and ask for the link or do I just google it?  Maybe I won’t.  Say, one reason JJ got crazy about me is because of heroes.  Or was it the other way around?  Heroes got crazy about JJ?  Or I got crazy about JJ because of Heroes?  Nope, I’m sure it’s not the latter because I know I got crazy about JJ because he sings Stevie Wonder songs.  And because of that I fell for him.  Damn.  By the way, Elliot Yamin sung a nice version of “Knocks Me Off My Feet” at TriNoma last Friday.  Wasn’t even able to have him sign a CD.  But then, I remembered that I haven’t bought the cd yet so there’s nothing which he would sign on.  Obiwan said Elliot looked like a clown because of his new hairstyle.  But didn’t Obi remember that he used to have a hairstyle like it during high school?  Hehe but, of course, it’s not like that anymore now.  He even had it brushed up last Saturday night.  Hehe.  They were bad last Saturday.  It’s their fault why my detox mode is in suspension.  But it’s okay, at least, I got to touch Yoda’s boobs.  I wanted to touch some other parts but I’m afraid he might get angry (and it’s not Yoda, haha.)  Of course, The Force was asleep.  He ran out of Force.

JC:  Was the text cut short?  Actually my experiment was successful.  My first hypothesis that 99 sms can be contained in just 1 text message using my phone is wrong.  It’s only up to 10 sms.  So, for now, I’m signing off (did I hear sighs of relief?!).  Dream-hunting for the meantime.  Charan!

Jarjar,  tell them the story so that their inboxes will be filled while they’re sleeping!

***I hope you understood my translation.  I tried my best.  And yup, I sent these messages when most of my high school barkada were already sleeping.  Just to piss them off.  Sort of.  Sometimes when I wake up, I have about 50 messages in my inbox (excluding the twitter messages).  Imagine the hell of having to erase it all but the messages kept coming in.  Haha.  But it’s fun.
