Thirteen Adorable Things About My Cats, Baba and Bait
1. Baba doesn’t like having his tail touched…2. …but he likes having his chin rubbed
3. Bait is ever keen about the time I go out and get back home. Sometimes he even waits for me at the gate.4. Baba thinks a heap of dirty laundry is a king-sized cat bed.
5. Bait often go to my bedroom window and purr…sometimes incessantly.
6. They can do acrobatic stances.
7. They fight during mealtimes…
8. …but sleep together after, as if they never fought.
9. Their greatest fear: Orange, the neighbor’s kitty (not his real name. Anyway, I don’t know what his name is). Second greatest fear: All other neighborhood cats.
They are a couple of helpless kitties who can’t defend themselves against invading cats but I love them still.
10. Baba likes being on top of things.
11. Whenever Bait sees me, he lies down on his back, as if asking me to scratch his belly. When I do, he’ll rub his head on the ground repeatedly.
12. If I ignored him during his I’m-on-my-back-scratch-me routine and continue walking away, he’ll follow me wherever I go until I stop and finally scratch his belly or head.
13. Baba is just so snobbishly cute.
