As promised, JP came back to have our weekly badminton game. It feels nice that we are starting to gel and establishing routine. Though both of us are bored with repetition, I think this weekly badminton thing looks promising, lending vital stability to the relationship and gives us something to look forward to every week, despite our busy schedules. We had our game from 2pm to 4pm (paying only P80 for the whole deal…isn’t it amazing?) and, as usual, I haven’t beaten him in a single game. But I guess it’s all right. I’m just starting to learn the basics. And then, again, my lower back pain attacked again and we had to stop playing. Sigh, I wish I’m in better shape to keep up with him…
We went home at around 4:30pm, after lounging for a while in the badminton center. While resting, he played some tunes on the piano like “You’re Still You” by Josh Groban…even singing along with it. My mom was so happy when he played for her “If We Hold On”. I couldn’t even play the piece for my mom. Let alone sing it. And I really love that he did. It was so overwhelming.
I found this cute fella on my dressing table right after JP left the house and texted me to look on my mirror to see how much he loves me. So sweet
Day ended…again. How I wish Friday would come soon so I’d see him again as we have our Parlor Day Friday. Haha.
